5.56... cruel... bullet starts spinning and turning around as soon as it hits a target causing severe internal injuries... not as 'human' as they want it to be.

Not very smart in combat either. Kill a man and you've taken out just one enemy. Injure him and you have rendered three men unavailable for battle (the injured guy + two men to carry him away from the battlefield.
