Zibo we were wondering on the WhatsApp TBL chat to have a "clan" meeting. Yes indeed and we thought that POLAND would be the perfect location, more precise YOUR residence... okay maybe your general living are. I am not joking actually, we deemed Poland right in the middle of EU and Nadalux is from there, too (but he lives close to the RUS border which is mb not ideal). So ... could you just theoretically imagine to find facilities near your place where we could meet up with a few people over a weekend or so? Ofc we are sharing the financial investments that would be required for such a location.

If you actually plan to test the build, you can hold off for a couple of days - I'm reworking UI and just need to finish skill info panel to make it usable. I'm pretty satisfied with it, so perhaps worth to have a look on.

Regarding the meeting - my oh my. It's something to think about. By "near your place" you mean near actual Wrocław (that's where I'm from)? Quite opposite to Nada's direction then.
A place to stay over the weekend I could only imagine some kind of cottage in perhaps mountain-y landscape? Although winter might not be the best time for it. Very Happy

Or you had something better in mind?

We are in. A shelter in the woods? Not sure if Elohai might be too scared. A great plan anyways. We were shooting more for spring/early summertime. You know, planning ahead and such. So we can count on a bit of local support of you? That´s cool! Very Happy

It´s end of the school(half)year, I am writing my first school reports for my first own class and there is a lot of bureaucracy involved. Plus I got a cold. So yea, it´s basically like Reinhold Messmer going for K2 all over again! pig

Otherwise I would suggest we do an online Doodle, share the link also to the TBL WhatsApp group and ppl vote for the days/weekends where they could imagine having such an adventurous travel to Ploland. Very Happy

I guess with the current nationalist government in PL it would not be wise to import substances into the country, as it would violate traditional catholic family values. Okay scrap that, on second thought it would never be wise to import substances into another country. So Zibo you prolly have to take care.

Okay, with that kind of precision we can work.
So as I see everyone is eager to meet up with the enthusiasm that the survey is being filled out. Do I need to explain how a Doodle works to you old neckbeards or did you just troll me with the general thought that an IRL meeting could be nice?

That´s unfortuinate... As a teacher I do not have days off outside holidays. Now I know that during holiday seasons you usually have to work. But as far as I know the holidays should sometmes diverge and not be exactly the same dates in between us. Since they already differ within Germany. Anyways I´d say it´s not gonna happen without you so for this time (and prolly indefinitely) it´s cancelled.

I actually talked to Gpowwa and he was also interested, though he would have preferred May and June dates more as well. Personally I would be fine with April time-wise, but I would prefer warmer weather.

Berlin-Wroclaw is actually pretty close, have you checked transportation options for yourself? A weekend trip sounds pretty doable.

Hmmm... well a weekend trip for me would mean only Saturday. Yea, then we would be flexible to choose dates Elohai can attend within the next months. And sure I can make that but not so sure it´s actually worth the trouble for a Saturday and half Sunday to get all the ppl inc from over the EU. I mean, you guys could start Friday and I join Saturday but is that ideal? Fridays I get off school at 2 pm the earliest, no exceptions.
