I would love to play L2, i still like the game a lot. But i cannot play on some shitty server anymore. Any i cannot play on a good one either with a new Chronicle cause i don´t like what the game has become.
Overall i also have a time issue. Thus i´m out. If there might be an awesomeish MMORPG i might join again, but i don´t really see that coming right now. :S

RPG x15 seems a bit more appealing than x9 Wrath because of the time issue.
Did they wipe Wrath at some point? Or is there a chance Doppel is still there?

As I said in another thread, I found a cool MMO called Rift. But it doesn't have any private servers as of now.
It has some issues though regarding game mechanics - most notably cumulative damage reduction. As in 20%+20%=40%. And some classes (or was it only one) can actually go over 100 and take negative damage. Whatever that means.
Plus class roles are kinda messed up.

Forsaken world ftw, free mmorp from ofc perfect world.The thing that got me into it, it's the skill tree, like diablo is customizable, and u can chose ur wanted way.

minus -few classes, but hey the game is new, is only played on official sv, u got a DE server:)

Hmm ok well i got to agree i m uber critical when it comes to mmos.. xD
As for perfect world and its siblings: scam, sucks, hate it (just my opinion ).
Having read some tests on Rift now, checked screenshots and looked at its engine it is as people say a well made clone out of w o w and warhammer online, combining good elements from both games. This doesn´t need to mean that it is bad but it means that it is a solid combination of existing elements, thus won´t win an innovation price to me. It is based on instances. PvP happens -same as w o w- in designated battleground. GFX are Warhammer/ w o w super colourful style as well, same for menue style, blizz skill tree etc. The Gamebryo engine they use is ok, but alas, imho still won´t beat Unreal Warfare (aka II from 2002!) Engine, look at the Charakter models, those devs are so derp yehyeh and Epic Megagames own, same as Korean Charakter designers.
Anyways, just my weird old Greybeard 2 Cents..
